In 2003, a Silicon Valley company and leading Universities in Eastern Europe engaged in a partnership to research and develop the next generation communication processor utilizing the latest design technologies and methodologies. The partnership proved successful and in 2004, SIBIZ was formally incorporated with global design centers in Eastern Europe and Mountain View, California.

Currently Sibiz is a premier provider of advanced high-quality ASIC, FPGA and Firmware design services and is actively developing soft IP Cores, high-performance processors, data-communication network processors and switches, memory and DRAM controllers, bus and interface controllers used as infrastructure blocks in building complex SoC products for communications and a variety of embedded applications.
